What is the best way to get a father to pay child maintenance for his 8 yrs old daughter.HMRC have written father, but got no response.We know where father lives and works, but he is doing everything to avoid paying CM

Do you mean the CSA have written to him? If no response then they can put a DEO on his wages (providing they know his employment details) and take CM direct from his salary each month.0
