I got a message saying our UK Team will reach out to you. So I have just sent them a message saying "well its 16:48 and your UK Team haven't reached out to me yet, so I am not holing my breath" lol, its a joke.

Well it's the 4th and nothing has been received I have sent yet another email to them to ask for further information etc.
this time I replied straight to the higher up person who sent me the last reply. I'm still waiting for a response.

I am starting to think ill never see the amazon vouchers, tesco or love to shop vouchers I'm currently waiting for! £135 they currently owe me plus almost another £15 on what I am accumulating still.

Oh and as for the compensation I received for lateness of tesco voucher, that was a massive 3408 points, strange amount and worth next to nothing 😵

Well now nearly Friday and nothing as yet, just facebooked them again and will keep doing until they give me a proper response.

Well finally after all those emails and waiting I received the email I have been waiting for. The £100 code finally came through, hope everyone else received theirs too
