Did anyone else on here take part in the GHD/Babyliss curling tong campaign back in August. If you did have you received the payment yet. (Amazon £100.00 voucher).I have contacted them various times asking where the payment is and I just keep getting fobbed off with the payment will be make in October, well it is nearly November and I haven't seen anything yet.Would love to get it soon as there are a few things on Amazon I need for Christmas and don't want to spend my own money.

I also took part in that campaign and I just joined MSE to look for information on Toluna!
I have too emailed several times, plus messaged them on Facebook. I received generic replies that it will be dispatched 'soon' that was almost a month ago now.
I am also waiting on £15 Tesco vouchers and £20 Love to shop vouchers which I cashed out on the 1st August and am still waiting for. I normally receive rewards within 2 months but almost 3 months is shocking, looks like Toluna have gone downhill lately.
I will be following this post and am interested if anyone actually receives the £100, I wish I had kept the GHD's!0 -
Yes still waiting and still chasing the last reply a couple of weeks ago included a sentence saying "We are aware that this is over the suggested period, but please rest assured that you will receive these" but nothing yet.
I have been with Toluna for quiet a while now and they always make very late payments, way over their suggested times. Trouble is you do the work for them and expect payment afterall it is yours and then you wait and wait, it usually eventually turns up, but you get really fed up waiting. There are so many other sites that pay up quickly, in my opinion the are the worst for payment.0 -

A copied reply I received, so it should only be a few days till we are rewarded our £100 if the 3rd November date is correct!
I really hope so as I have been waiting to buy a few Christmas presents from amazon as I don't want to spend my money when I should have so much in vouchers coming.

I got a message back from them saying expect voucher 3rd Nov and that they are sorry.
I won t be doing any more things for them as the wait is ridiculous. I have done loads of trials and campaigns and never had any problems with any other company.
Well just need to wait until Monday and we will see what happens. Bet you another fob off.

I think everyone knows what Toluna are like with regard to paying out - they wait until the very last minute - that said I have always been paid in the end so I don't really have an issue. You have to be on the ballwith them though - I detail every survey I complete with them - as previous experience shows some can fall through the net.
Toluna's one saving grace is that they are great for product testing - and I have tested allsorts over the years. Hope you get your reward soon!:)0
