Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, as I didn't know where else to place it, I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what this means. As I have just recently had an email from HP in regards my cashback claim.
We would like to inform you that your order has been released for payment processing as per our mail confirmation
thanks

Hi,
I got the same when I got cashback from HP.
I read it to mean that they have approved the claim as it is valid and have passed it to their department to send the money to you.0 -

How long was it, you had to wait before the money reached your account after you had gotten the email? Thanks for fast reply.0 -
It's a about three years ago now, but I think it was another few weeks before I got the cheque.0
