hi just received letter from a&l saying they wont pay,
sent the letter of giving them 14 days to responed before i take the next step. I was wondering if it would be better to go through the courts or refer them to the financial ombudsman SHOULD I NOT GET A FAVOURABLE RESPONSE. thanks for any help
