Advice on setting up Ltd Co. (IR35?)

I am at present employed through an agency for the last 3 years as a truck driver, and have recently thought about forming a Ltd Co.
One reason for doing so is that in Jan/Feb work is very slack and I move between other agencys getting what work I can and end up on emergency tax
Main question is will I be free of IR35?
If so where do I go for help starting up?
TIA
Andy
