Travel insurance

we are going to spain next month for 37 days. We have travel insurance with Nationwide but I notice its only 31 days per trip. Do I just take extra insurance out for the 6 days either at the end or beginning of the trip?

Comments

  • For mainstream neither, insurance must cover the whole trip. There are non-uk insurers that would be able to add on cover but that then effectively invalidates the nationwide cover for the first part as the total trip exceeds their limit.

Have you spoken to Nationwide to see if they have the option of paying them to extend the cover? If they wont then you will need to buy a standalone policy
