Cooker Splashback and Mishaped Walls

Hi
Does anyone have any ideas about what sort of splashback I could put on the wall behind my cooker?
The house was built in 1930s and none of the walls are square. I looked at steel splachbacks but if it was cut to fit it would look awful as the wall starts out wide at the top and slightly narrows as it goes down.
Any ideas anyone?
