Neff built in oven buzzing

I have a Neff B1442 built in oven. After a power cut when the power comes back on the clock is on 0:00 and there is a loud buzzing sound from the clock. Once you set the time the buzzing stops and everything works ok.
Recently the timer has been resetting itself to 0:00 and buzzing without a power cut.
Has anyone else had this problem with a Neff oven or does anyone know what the problem is?
