    Morning all,

slept well, the sun is shining and I'm wondering what to do today.

Tru, so glad your feeling a bit better and glad to hear your hubby's toes are healing nicely Hester.

All is well with me... minor stress over the number of guests allowed at the venue for my daughters wedding in May but all sorted now thankfully. My daughter was in a right flap yesterday over it.

'Girls' free of 'winged things' thankfully the stuff from the vet has worked and ive vacuumed and bleached until I'm blue in the face. Wormed them and thankfully all is well in that department too.

Onwards and forwards (in a bit anyway),

    have a great day all.

    Morning all,

It's a dreich day here, was damp in my village but in town it has been chucking down all morning. Days like this I'm glad I'm stuck in an office without a view all day!

Had quite a productive day yesterday. Spent an hour in the gym after work then a quick trip to asd@ for a few bits. Did my first day of flyladying and got all but one thing ticked off the list so there's a couple of much delayed jobs done as well as some housework. List for today also put together.

One of the projects I'm finally trying to get done goes back years. I decided during my first holiday in 2007 I'd make up scrapbooks for my memories from each trip. The first got done at the time but I've now got a pile of stuff from 5 trips waiting to be looked at. Last night I started putting some pics and bits from my 2009 holiday into the album I bought while I was there. That'll get finished tonight and I can think about starting another at the weekend.

Hope everyone is warm and dry today, hugs for those who need or want them.

    Morning all :)

I haven't posted for a few days but I'm glad to see TRU is feeling better :) I hope everyone else is well or at least on the mend :)

I spent most of yesterday getting birthday presents for my niece as she is in London at the moment and so I will give her her present to take home and keep safe until the actual day. She is such a sweetie and mad about Frozen so I got her a rucksack and a few bits to put in it. In the evening I had my women's health physio and she said my pelvic floor muscles are responding really well to the exercises, which I'm thrilled about :T I really didn't want to go through that operation again!

I woke early this morning with plans for the garden but as soon as I got outside and surveyed the scene my oomph drained away :rotfl:
At least it is sunny so I can get some washing done!

Have a lovely day all, and as always I have hugs for those in need xx
  • Good afternoon all,

Well the weather is changing now, it has been beautiful up to now, but it is overcast and I have brought my washing in. Just finishing it off in the TD.

Have given the kitchen a good tidy, and have written 5 birthday cards. We have quite a few birthdays in November and December, and it is quite difficult to find nice cards at this time of year because the shops have put out their Christmas cards. Anyway found some when we went out this morning, have written them and put them on a shelf in the kitchen in date order.

I found a beautiful necklace for my friend in blues and greens, it is lovely and wouldn't mind it myself. It is her birthday next week, so I am already for that one as well.

JUDI is your DD well now?

    Take care all

    Evening All

I think Jackie-0 was going to her daughters to child sit for half term.

Still hot and sunny here, a little cooler in the evening, but still only a sheet on the bed. We have friends coming out for 8 days on Friday, so we are getting ready for that.

Did two loads of washing and got them dry today, must tackle some ironing now I can hold an iron before the friends arrive, as mount ironmore is on their bed! Crocheting a RT scarf - they are all over FB on the crochet forum, and also knitting DS an aran jumper for Xmas.

Had another long walk along the sea with Skye today, she gets so excited, as if she never goes for a walk, when we pick her harness up, she starts spinning round chasing her tail.

((hugs)), spoons, positive vibes all round. Take care everyone. DG
