Firstly sorry if this is posted in the wrong area but it's difficult to find the right area and quiet obviously some people feel in necessary to post sarcastic comments if you do.
I have a an issue with credit card fraud when buying tickets from Orlando Attraction Tickets which is recommended by this site. I am wondering whether anyone else has had an issue with them or would like to hear from satisfied customers.
The fraud issue is definitely with that company in some shape or form. I used my Barclaycard (which I had never used anywhere else) to pay the deposit and then an additional £100. I then paid another £100 on my Tesco credit card to spread the cost. Both cards were cloned and fraudulent transactions appeared on them. I have got the fraud removed but I am now dubious about using this company. I informed them of the issue and they just seem to be shrugging it off and don't care. Both Barclaycard and Tesco's are going to investigate the company. As they are recommended on this site I'm sure the are genuine but would appreciate some feedback please.

they have a lot of advice on everything to do with Orlando holidays, including attraction tickets.0 -
Sometimes you don't need to have used your card for it to be cloned. I've had one cloned before that was placed away as soon as it arrived in the post. (0% balance transfer card).
The fraudsters are able to generate card numbers.
I've recently (last week) purchased my Orlando tickets through this company. Found them to be very efficient and pleasant to talk to on the phone (Tony). I paid £200 deposit on my Tesco credit card and up to just, no suspicious transactions have appeared on my account.0 -
As no-one can confirm that the fraud is linked to this retailer, i'd be careful about accusing them.
It could be that someone has gained access to your details on your pc. Fraudsters can obtain lists of card numbers from a variety of sources, quite often people have more than one card used fraudulently at the same time, even when those cards have never been used before.
We've used them before for park tickets and never had any problems.0 -
I agree but if fraud happened after OP had used 2 different cards then it makes you think? As no-one can confirm that the fraud is linked to this retailer, i'd be careful about accusing them.

Myself and 2 other members of my family bought our tickets from this site and all 3 of us have become victims of credit card fraud just a couple of weeks later!
