Investors only?

I'm keeping an eye open for my first property, I'm not in a hurry what so ever.
I've seen a few that list 'investors only', including one that looked really nice, is it pointless even making an enquiry?
Thanks

investors only can mean many things but usually means its not suitable for mortgage i.e non standard construction or has tenant in place0
-
Investors only means that for whatever reason it is not mortgageable. So no point if you require a mortgage.0

I'm not sure I agree...
"Cash Buyers Only" would mean it isn't mortgageable.
"Investors Only" means it has a tenant (and it may still be possible to get a BTL mortgage).
But EAs sometimes use words in unexpected ways!0 -
Whatever it means, it's clearly not suitable for a first time buyer looking for something to live in.0
