Ripped off by Groupon?

To be fair I was only clearing up the fact that the agent does have the correct industry organisation memberships after you'd made the statement more than once that they were advertising false membership numbers.
And it seems Groupon resolved your complaint very quickly which points to good customer service and not a rip off.
Appears I was wrong in those accusations about the Apta number etc. however I still stand by the fact the deal was very dubiously advertised, states you can cancel if not to your liking/dates required. But they just went ahead and tried to railroad a booking. Groupon told me they were merely a marketing company so wouldn't enter into discussions ref the auto booking. I still use groupon but not for high value goods/bookings. Everyone else is entitled to their views and can opt to spend theironey with who they be beleive gives the best deals and good customer service.0
