Could somebody explain this:-
I have already discussed with tenants, at length, (the tenants have also signed a letter stating that they will not) and it is written in the contact
"not to carry on or permit to be carried on any business, trade or profession on or from the property", this seems to be standard fare for BTL morgages and contracts, so this seems clear enough.
"on or from the property".
Would this also include the grounds or just the house.
