House of Fraser vouchers

Hi,
Hoping someone might have a bit of advice. I have a House of Fraser MasterCard and once a quarter receive House of Fraser vouchers for loyalty points collected spending on the credit card. I mistakenly 'washed' £70 of vouchers which don't expire until Dec 14. Newday administer the credit card and have refused to reissue the damaged vouchers. Any advice on how to proceed or should I just live and learn -check pockets of my jeans before washing!!
Thanks

They are under no obligation to reissue them. Are they totally obliterated, or can you still read the numbers?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
If you put your iPhone in the wash, would you expect Apple to give you a free replacement? One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0

Totally obliterated! Each voucher is printed with a bar code number and once used can't be reused, so no risk I could use twice if they did print off and reissue to me. Think I'm relying on their goodwill.......0
