Hi never posted here before so hopefully doing it right, my son bought an xbox one two weeks ago, he come back and said the lady told him it had a free controller but they had none in stock to come back in a couple of weeks, wrote on the receipt he was to call back for the free controller and initialed it, we went back yesterday to be told that was wrong and there was £10 off the controller it is not free, anybody any advice?

I would be going back to the shop and taking the whole lot back for a refund; given that the free controller I was advised I would receive is no longer available or I was misinformed at the point of sale.
In other words, OP, the goods were misreprented to your son. IMODon't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson
