Lloyds Tsb - Having A Nightmare - Heeelllppp

We have been in contact since the beginning of Feb '07 with Lloyds and are now putting our claim through the county court.
They owe us nearly £4000 however they sent us a letter last week stating that they would give us £750.00 which they would credit to our account.
I replied informing them that we would under no circumstance accept the offer and were now putting a claim into the courts to claim the full amount.
They have since credited our account.
Has anyone experienced this with Lloyds ?
Should we ask them to take the money back or leave it there?
We are still proceeding with our claim through the courts.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Just let them know, as they have made this payment against your wishes, you will continue with the claim for the remainder.
The hope is that you will accept this money as final payment or it will disrupt your claim process. Tell them this tactic will not work.0
