Exclusive Fires Supreme Multiflue living gas fire

Has anyone got the operating instructions for this gas fire which illustrates the layout of the coals ? We just had one of these serviced in my wife's former house now rented out and without the instructions the engineer wont recommission the fire and the tenants lost them !
