It's a pretty safe assumption or do you think it is is wrong to assume the population of London will continue to increase over the next ten years?
(You do know, for example, that there are more births than deaths in the UK...?)Every generation blames the one before...

Plenty of information on the internet about the growth in population of London and the projection over the next 10-30 years0

Now, contrary to popular belief, the vast majority of London is not Central London. The population of The Corporation is about 7,000 or something and the population of the City of Westminster is less than 250,000 and it's hard to think of a definition of Central London that goes much past those boroughs. Places like Islington and Chelsea are inner London yes but not Central London.
Depends - I've spent the last 16 years living in the boroughs of Camden and Islington - in the south of both. I regard Holborn and Clerkenwell as being "central London"Isn't there some sort of visa you can get if you are high net worth and make a large business investment. Couldn't that investment be in a property business?
Yes, there is. But it couldn't just be buying flats, no.Not even for the 'invest a mozza and get a visa' visa? (I'm not convinced I have the name of it right).
Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

who makes these projections?
agencies attempting to secure funding for infrastructure projects?
right wing politicians attempting to win votes by migrant bashing?0 -

indeed so, projections are usually wrong for many reasons
however you can check the increase in London's population over the last 10-15 years: of course that doesn't prove it will continue
one can look at the number of women in the child bearing age etc to give some credulous to the figures if you so wise,
however if there is a reverse of the migration patterns then that could have a major effect on population and house prices.
what are your projections based on?0 -

"If" and "may"...what are your projections based on?
If it's like the majority of Bubble's posts, it'll be based on wishful thinking.

yes I know his normal refrain but it's only fair to give him an opportunity to state a more complete case0 -

its not wishful thinking because i do not wish to leave the eu
but there is a very real possibility that we will
eu migrants tend to be of breeding age and are attracted to london0 -
I know a few who have been borrowing more against their house, using it as an ATM. I hear this has been common. Sure fits definition of a bubble.0
