Indeed, zootie, bit of a pain though *sigh*

Valuation report chased, and sent to solicitor. Documents signed and sent to solicitor. Solicitor chased, final plans received by email. We're working on a completion date of the 25th, all being well, just waiting on confirmation of that so we can sort out buildings insurance which is the final thing to get sorted.

However, the latest in the string of things that are a PITA about this move is that we now have no internet/phone. The buyers (I think I mentioned this before) handed their notice in before Christmas and then announced mid-Feb that they expected to be able to move in by March 6th. Clearly this didn't happen, but as part of that they arranged to take over the phone and internet service on March 7th. We rang EE and said explicitly told them not to let it happen, and they assured us it wouldn't. But yesterday it happened (even though yesterday is not the 7th). So we now have no phone/internet, and I'm assuming the buyers don't either. But we still have our TV, which is with Sky. And I'm connecting to the internet on one of those stupid mobile dongle things and feeling mightily peeved about it.
