    Evening Campers,
Well....two & a half hours of money saving this evening as we had a power cut in our village.......so at least no spending on electricity! Decent day on the frugal front:
*Did rubber pork.....it will stretch to 3 days of dinners plus 2 packed lunches.
*Saved hot kettle water in flask for next drink.
*Lit my flower-pot room warmer. 8 tea lights got that little room warmed up quite well, as no other heating on yet.
    *Did a few surveys.
*My Big Budget Day - reconciled Oct budget, set November's budget including groceries, personal spends & savings piggies. Adjusted the presents piggy to help with Christmas gifts & diverted the holiday pig money into the Bathroom Fund. Paid credit card in full, updated spreadsheet with new dd amounts, had big filing session.
*Sold another eBay item first thing.
    *Made bread.
*Did laundry overnight on Economy 7. Pegged it out. Couple of hours on heated airer to finish it off. Re-loaded for cheap wash tonight.
    *Uploaded energy readings.

I have had the DMP talk finally with my OH. We sat and went through my finances tonight, which wasn't pretty. He is worried about the credit score repercussions for both of us if I go onto a DMP, and it looks like I could manage my debts and make regular overpayments without the DMP if only I could get the bleeping payday loan paid off. Never should have got it, I wish I hadn't. Any advice gratefully received!

Hi Pink Giraffe - have you started your own thread with and SOA so that the kind and very helpfull people can help identify what you can cut back on and work out a plan of attack? It might help so you can be totally informed before going for a DMP - if you are saying you can manage your commitments appart from the pay day loan then maybe there is another way to get that paid off?
