Those phrases you really hate...

I am starting to loathe any company/individual that when they run a competition they include the phrase:
'Sharing is caring'
I'm sure there must be other phrases that have this effect on people, so what are they?

Hi,
football managers who say, 'the team gave 110%', or any percentage over 100%, you can't do more than 100%.0 -
'i'm new to comping'
you just know something stupid is going to be asked0 -
I hate the phrase 24/7, don't know why, I just do.0

From marketing:
'That's why mums shop at Iceland' which is just plain sexist.
'I'm loving it' which is just awful English.
From the general public:
'Can I get...?'. If I was serving them, I'd reply: 'No, don't worry, I'll get it for you'!
'Please reach out to...' - no, I'll 'contact' them like I've always done!
There are so many others I could be here all night, so had better stop there!'I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my father. Not screaming and terrified like his passengers.' (Bob Monkhouse).
Sky? Believe in better.
Note: win, draw or lose (not 'loose' - opposite of tight!)0 -
The rent you can expect to pay is £700 per calendar month. Is there any other type of month?0

Yes, a lunar month.'I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my father. Not screaming and terrified like his passengers.' (Bob Monkhouse).
