I'm following the trail of other 'debt' chasers, so will continue to sit on this.

Thanks Bazster ;)
• Dear DRP

The debt is denied, you slimy scumsucking bottomfeeders. Send it back to your equally squalid little principal, and FTFO.

Love and kisses.

• Not a drop.

Hogmanay in Edinburgh was fantastic. Unfortunately, I didn't leave until 6pm last night... and have been at work in Weydon Priors since 9am.

Also, I have a template to deal with the Debt Collectors now.. Reads broadly like that but in more flowery and legalistic language.

So glad neither you nor harni2013 folded and paid! Carry on ignoring DRP and Zenith letters. Collecting debt collector letters is amusing:

We have laughed at this letter chain for almost a decade and I collected those letters myself a few years ago. They are funny!

Also we do suggest people who lose at IAS (AND people who do not attempt it because they have read it's anonymous and unfair on appellants) send a strong complaint to the DVLA, as not enough complaints have been received about the IPC and their alleged 'kangaroo court'. It seems that the decisions are made by 'another solicitor firm' (but are they, how do we know? How does anyone know that solicitor isn't an old mucker of Hurley's?).

We need to be doing a complaint every single time so the DVLA is inundated, and write it in your own angry words about how unfair and non-transparent it is and how it seems to be biased (could be anyone replying, could be Mr Hurley of the IPC, could be the PPC themselves). Also they turn trite law on its head by expecting the appellant to prove things they have not got the information to prove, and to show it's a GPEOL whereas contract law says a claimant (the PPC) has that burden!

Complain to foi@dvla.gsi.gov.uk in the first instance and keep complaining if you feel they are fobbing you off. It is shocking that people are not being given the independent appeal that the Government insisted the BPA set up, just because the IPC have set this version up and the DVLA have let it slip through.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
