Barclays Online Banking Problem

Is anyone else finding they are having problems with logging on to their account online with Barclays. Both last month and this month I have had problems. I am unable to login since last Monday, I have contacted them via the Live chat on their webpage and sent 2 complaints but no one bothers to contact me from Barclays, just wondered if anyone else has problems thanks:(

Just logged on twice using memorable data on two different browsers (safari and firefox). All ok. No recent previous problems logging on either.0
