Scottish Friendly - Equity ISA - £84 Cashback

I am fairly new to the United Kingdom, so I am not sure this would be an easy way to make £84.
Can I sign up for this Equity ISA, put in £80 and withdraw it a few months later while also receiving the £84 cashback?
