I am fairly new to the United Kingdom, so I am not sure this would be an easy way to make £84.

I am planning to put my savings in a Cash ISA and put nothing in an Equity ISA.

Can I sign up for this Equity ISA, put in £80 and withdraw it a few months later while also receiving the £84 cashback?

(I don't know if I should have posted this in http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=18 by the way.)
