A good gaming 27" monitor?

Why are you wanting to buy a 1920 x 1080 monitor? Unless you are hanging it on the wall far further back than the depth of desk it will be a bit poor. If you only want that resolution buy 22" or smaller. If you want a 27" monitor to place on a desk you'll have to pay a higher bracket for the higher resolution. Plus your graphics card has to handle it.
More or less agree with this, although I have a couple of Viewsonic 24" monitors at this resolution and they are pretty sweet on it. Wouldn't really want anything bigger without upping the res though.0
