Homebase losing down sale. Where & when??

Is there a place online where I can see when & where the HomeBase stores are closing down? I am looking for great deals.

Thanks

They may just transfer out stock to stores that will remain open, without reducing it. Though there will probably be some old tat they will reduce rather than waste time and money shipping it out

I understand what 'HappySad' is referring to - saw news of them closing stores, for I think that'll take months before we now which ones!
I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard

Given they are closing them down over the next few years, I suspect what will happen is that in the last few months of each store they'll simply stock restocking certain items, then transfer out anything of higher value but relatively small (power tools etc), and end up with only bulky/low value and EOL type stock left in the stores to be closed for a sale.

It's unlikely to be a great sale as they're not going bust, and have the time to plan what to move (and you can be fairly certain they'll move anything that's economically worth moving to a different store).

Don't get your hopes up. I considered visiting my local one when it was closing down, but missed the opportunity.
From comments made by others, I believe many of the price drops still left them more expensive than other, similar retailers.

While it's rarely good to see shops closing, I have little sympathy for the company. Most of the stuff they sell I can get at B&Q, only 10%-25% cheaper. The only surprise to me, is how they lasted so long.

Same as i what my thoughts are.I cant remember the last time i went in there.I do look online and find their prices were so much higher than anyone else.Bad business management has made so many employers with no job.

My local Homebase closed last month, they had discounts of up to 30% off but most things were still more expensive than others shops.

I've just been to a closing down Homebase, everything is up for grabs, even the shop fittings, they send a special team in to clear each store, they said nothing gets sent back to base, they just have to flog it all, some of the paint was 15p...
