Bought tickets for kids when they were entitled to go free - can't get a refund

The OP obviously had 4 adult tickets ! It does say that Junior tickets for 11 to 14 year olds are available on the day. So i would have thought they would have no trouble selling them there.
Except, as I've already posted:
