Bought tickets for kids when they were entitled to go free - can't get a refund

    I agree with everyone else, your OH should have seen kids go free.

    The best way to look at it is you were happy to pay for the tickets when you bought them. If the staff member had not mentioned it you would have gone in and had a fun day, perfectly satisfied with the tickets.

    whats to say the op bought 4 tickets for 4 adults now two of their geeky mates couldnt make it so are now saying we bought them in error for the kids without realising they could go free
