OK i brought a PlayStation 3 from very sent it back since it was faulty
sent the console back to them.
and then returned the console back with out the games that was sent back to them where do i stand on this.
they denied of ever getting the games back from the bundle ???
please point me in the right direction.

Your post doesn't make much sense. Are you saying that you bought a PS3 which included some games in the package, the PS3 was faulty and so you returned the whole lot to Very who are now saying that they didn't receive the games? Who has the console now?

I read it as he returned the console without the games and was wondering if they could ask for the games back or not....:huh:0

Yeah sorry about missing typeing this.
I bought a ps3 bundle with 3 games that was faulty.
So I returned everything I had with it.
then 2 weeks later refunded and 1 week later recharged my account
console came back saying they did not supply it and no games that was with the system.
So I phoned them denied of ever haveing the games back.
I know it was all packed as I had it.
what should I do !!

It looks like they're saying the console you sent back wasnt the console they sold you.
Perhaps try asking them if there is any way possible your return has been confused with another as you definitely did return the correct console including the games? I agree with unholyangel.
Was the console they sent back to you the exact same one you sent to them?
Do you have any paperwork from the original purchase that may show serial numbers (to prove the console was the one you bought from them)?0
