NS&I mini ISA rate

I've just opened a cash mini ISA with NS&I through the post office. I was under the impression that the current rate was 6.2% but the account details have come through stating that the rate is only 5.1% (still higher than my bank). I have opened the account with £2000. Is this the correct rate?

You need the Direct Isa - they were allowing transfers in from the NS&I mini only (no other providers), so you may be able to transfer it - give them a call or check online.0
