How to return a desktop PC?
Keeping

I ordered a new pc from ebuyer but turns out I fixed my old one so they're letting me return it within 14 days. What company should I use to send such an expensive item and how much is it likely to cost?
I've never sent anything like this before but I need a company that will pick it up from my home, signature required, tracking etc.
What about ups?

Have you asked them if they can arrange a pick up? Do ebuyer specify who is responsible for paying for return postage?0

Insurance value is what will drive the shipping cost - UPS look OK until you want insured value over £50-75. Have a look at Interlink Express.0

It was delivered by parcel force. I don't know if Ebuyer will refund me for the shipping cost of returning it because it isn't damaged or anything. I just simply changed my mind and have 14 days to return it.0
