Not sure where to put this.
I bought a Three mobile sim contract last year via topcashback. They paid me but at less than half the advertised rate. I queried this and was told Three were refusing to pay because it had been bought through another marketing channel. I argued how could they be claiming this when they had already paid out a lesser amount? After much tooing and froing topcashback have said the case is closed and I must speak with Three if I have a problem.
Surely my contract for the cashback is with topcashback and nothing to do with Three and that by their initial payment of a lesser amount they have admitted to me meeting all criteria necessary to receive the full cashback?
Its only a trifling amount but it just riles me that an organisation can basically tell me to get stuffed if they feel like it. Any advice welcome.
