No insurance, upstairs neighbour has flooded me again!

Hi can anyone please help, I have a really annoying neighbour who keeps on flooding me. I have had insurance cover every time she has previously flooded me but this time the premium was so high I did not renew and now she has flooded me again. How can I get her insurance details from her if she is not willing to give me them? It wasn't too bad this time but I still want my electrics checked out as the water was coming through an extractor and a light fitting. I also want to make sure my ceiling is safe so would need some sort of assessor I think

You cannot get her insurance details if she doesn't want to tell you.
If you think she has been negligent and therefore liable to pay your repairs then you need to claim against her personally.0 -
Might not be possible but look at at moving.0

The first flood was caused by her bath overflowing, the second flood was her washing machine was installed incorrectly, the third time it was a dripping tap she hadn't fixed and the washer disintegrated causing the water to come on at full and now this time she had a new power shower installed but didn't get new piping and the old piping couldn't cope with it (her previous shower was a gravity shower).
She has now given me her insurance details but their customer services aren't open until tomorrow.
I wish I could move, my lounge is currently waiting to be plastered following the last flood so now that's my kitchen and lounge out of action (I only have a 1 bedroom flat)
Thank you for all your replies, hopefully things will get fixed quickly :-)0 -

You have to sue her for the damage and her insurace may or may not recompense her.
Chances are they have no 3rd party liuability though0 -
You are not the insured and the company will not deal with you the details are only useful to pass to YOUR insurer so that they can sort out repairs for you and Bill the responsible party.
All you are entitled to do is get it fixed (taking pictures of all damage) and then sending the bill to request immediate payment.0 -

As others have said, you have to claim against your neighbour for negligence. (It sounds like your claim might be that she was negligent because she installed a power shower using inadequate piping.)
If she wants to contact her insurers and make a claim, that's up to her. You cannot claim directly from them.
If she says it's the plumber's fault, it's up to her to claim from the plumber. Once again, you cannot claim directly from the plumber.
With the previous floods, it sounds like your neighbour was negligent as well. (Letting a bath overflow is definitely negligent!)
I think you should have claimed from your neighbour on those occasions as well. And perhaps she would have claimed from her insurers.
You might have had to inform your insurers about those incidents, but as you wouldn't have made any claims on your policy, your premium may noy have increased so much.0
