tilt and turn window problem pictures added

I've got a tilt and turn window, the problem is the non handle side doesn't seal properly, so there is some noise coming through that shouldn't be, if I place a little pressure on the right corner, the noise goes (wind/traffic noise)
I've tries adding some draught excluder but not made much difference.
A slight pull on the hinged side frame corner and the window pulls away from the frame, can this bit fixed or are these windows just badly designed?
I think it's either been badly fitted, or the locking mechanism has broken?
When the window is open and I turn the handle, nothing moves on the hinge side?

thanks, hadn't noticed that tbh.
can I buy new fittings and replace the parts, or is this a job for a window fitter, any idea what the likely cost would be to have a fitter do the job?0
