yes, the comps added to the advent thread are ones which have already been posted on the main board - so clicking on the links in the advent thread will take you to them0 -

Short answer no.
If you read the T&C under the one for the 1st December it says
"Entries will be accepted only on December 1,"
the same will apply to each day, enter on that day only.Rational judgement, now, at this very moment.

there are some competitions going into the Daily thread that say "festive competition" and "christmas giveaway" etc, are these not advents?0

There are divided opinions! The difference between a Daily and an Advent is never clear, so it tends to come down to the opinion of the poster. Personally I'd rather see the Advent thread reserved for comps which start in December but not everyone agrees
Once December arrives no doubt some posters will put any daily comp here whether it's Christmas-related or not... just to cause even more confusion :rotfl:0 -
On the main advent thread it says the haggis comp is not running this year but when you cick on the link it says it will be starting 30th November 2014 - I have been away on holiday so have I missed a change on this one?Won a holiday every year since 2014......come on 2021!!
