Repairs to structural items (anything that remains in place when the building is tipped upside down) should be covered by the buildings insurance block policy taken out by the Management Company.
Get their details and make a claim. If they write to you to inform you that it is 'not their responsibilty' then you have them by the gonadds.
It is their job to pay for any repairs to the damage to your property. If the issue is caused by a bad repair to the water system, then they are within their rights to claim this off the flat leaseholder.Never Knowingly Understood.
