Please can someone HELP:mad:I have written to Barclays with the template on this site trying to reclaim £2650 from them in charges over the past 6 years. I have just had a telephone call from a lady saying that they would not beable to give me the said amount as it has been proven that the courts have ruled in the banks favour and she has offered me the past years charges back of £80.00! what should I do next this seems patronising. Please can anybody help?

Why does this seem patronising?
What charges were you reclaiming and on what grounds?
I think MSE article is pretty clear that currently it is "difficult", only "some payouts are still possible", only "for those in financial hardship" and that "there's no guarantee of winning".0 -
