You might think about writing to SCS (not DRP) telling them you are confused and requesting clarification: who exactly has instructed them, Legion or DRP?

This should give them a slight headache since they'll have never heard of you, and could in various ways lead to opportunities to report them to the Solicitors' Regulation Authority.

You're over-thinking all of this. Does it matter which? Just let us know if it does!

Good move to write to SCS and enquire. Incidentally, you do not need to pay anyone for assistance as it's completely free on here.

Actually, while that is correct, those of us who go out in real life to assist in court do ask for a contribution towards our expenses.

However, we are up front and public about it, and declare the relevant interests, see below. However, I have never charged anyone for offering my advice on here, and never will. Indeed, I can't do so.
