I hate swallowing tablets, but I find that swallowing them with milk instead of water helps them go down better. If they are huge, then a thick type milkshake, frigii or similar helps them to go down even better.
You can buy pill crushers on amazon for a couple of pounds, and mix the crushed tablet with a spoon of yoghurt or honey.0
