Gap where two brick walls meet - what to fill with

Hello,
We have a single storey brick built lean to extension which we use as a utility room. Where it joins our house externally at a 90 degree angle there is a small gap of a few mm which we'd like to fill to completely weather proof it.
What should we use to fill this gap?
Thank you in advance for any help

Of is cracks again it means the extension is moving away from the main buildingDo you want your money back, and a bit more, search for 'money claim online' - They don't like it up 'em Captain Mainwaring0 -
I'd look at a low-modulus, neutral cure, builders silicone.
