The prize comprises:

• 8 day escorted tour of Italy including Rome, Vesuvius, Capri & Sorrento with Cosmos Tours & Cruises including:
• Choice of return flights from Birmingham, London or Manchester to Naples including 20kg hold luggage per traveller, subject to availability.
• Return transfers in Naples, Italy

• Days 1-3:
• 3 nights in a 4* hotel in Rome in a double or twin room including breakfast
• Private group guided tour of Rome including St Peter's Square, the Roman Forum, Coliseum and Vatican City

• Days 4-5:
• Trip to Mount Vesuvius
• Guided tour through historic Pompeii including scenic ferry ride across the Bay of Naples to Capri
• 2 nights in a 3* hotel in Capri in a double or twin room including breakfast and dinner

• Days 6-7:
• Ferry ride back to the mainland before embarking on a scenic drive along the Amalfi Coast to Sorrento
• 2 nights in a 3* hotel in Sorrento in a double or twin room including two breakfasts and one dinner

• Day 8:
• Transfer to the airport in Naples for your flight back to the UK

• Services of an experienced Cosmos tour director throughout the holiday
• Individual Audio System so you can clearly hear the tour director/local guide during your visits
• Porterage at hotels throughout the tour (for one suitcase per person)
• All transfers associated with the tour
• All local and airport taxes/service charges
• Prize winners under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18
• Accommodation is based on 2 adults sharing a double or twin room
• Flights are economy class & may be indirect
• Prize excludes travel between winner’s home & departure airport
• The tour is subject to availability and is valid for departure from 1st March to 31st October 2015.
• The prize winner must redeem their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from IMS and at least 12 weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.
• Neither Channel 5 nor IMS will accept responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being unavailable, withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, IMS will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.
• Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
• All prizes including flights are non-changeable, non-refundable & non-transferable.
• All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time.
• Prize winners will be required to sign & complete a winner information & prize acceptance form & to submit copies of their passports in order to enable IMS to book their prize trip.

• Any necessary visas, vaccinations, passports & any associated costs are the responsibility of the prize winner & their guests.

• The prize winner must have access to a personal email account.

• The prize winner will need a credit/ debit card in order to check-in at the hotel for a security deposit.
• Travel insurance will be supplied to the prize winner & their companion before departure with no pre-existing medical conditions. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and/or for any additional costs as may be specified where the prize winner and/or their companion is aged 65 or over.

• All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner unless otherwise specified.

• The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, additional treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
