Negotiating the selling price/offer

My potential buyers have finally found someone who is able to proceed to buy their house. Next up is the negotiation around my selling price. Rightly or wrongly I have struck up a good relationship with my buyers who are well known locally. I am quite comfortable with handling any negotiations around the selling price but the estate agents say they would prefer this to be done through their negotiator.

In general leave it to the EA, that is what they get paid for. Owners risk giving far too much information which will lead to the buyer lowering the offer, I certainly did.0
