Budget planner password 'forgotten' issues

I am extremely frustrated, I have just had to re register just so that as a last resort I can post here where I hope someone from admin might listen. I have been trying for months and months to get I to my budget planner on this website. It has all of my financial information in it and when I was allowed access I found it really useful. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to like my iPad and I couldn't log in. So I tried to reset the password many times (even though I did at the time know exactly what it was) however, I also tried many, many times without success to get past the ridiculous CAPTCA system. No matter how many times I tried i could not get these impossible digits right. MSE do not respond to my emails, facebook or tweets. I really need to get access to my budget and if they will not allow it then I must insist that they delete my information. I don't really want to have to spend time putting it all in again. I'm really desperate here and at a loss as to what to do.

Ps they have let me register with the same email address twice.

• Has it worked on your iPad before?
  
• If it did can you let us know when it stopped working?
  
• Which browser are you using?
