Frustration with Barclays over online access to mortgage account

Yes we have Keypad at home but they now offer APP on the mobile to check all the accounts and mortgage balance!
However we also had nightmare of trying phone calls to India and Ireland.
I can transfer money around accounts and pay bills online with Mobile smartphone or using computer and keypad.
We moved our main accounts to Barclays because our local bank I have used for 30 years changed into a TSB while my account was with LLoyds in another town.
The more accounts I can offset including ISA,s the less Interest we pay0
