Cant believe it!! After months of stress attempting to negotiate with Barclays and failing ... I finally took them to small claims court and I have blown it!!

Been staying with family member in hospital and have come home to find that I have missed a date for £100 allocation fee and the date for the court bundle is on Thursday!!:eek:

Aaaagh! have i ruined everything?

I have been away from home for most of the last 2 weeks - do you think I could plea with the court? what will my failure to pay mean?

Please could some kind soul offer advice - thanks all

Bump for some advice but I do not think it is all lost.

Give the court a call. I was in this situation (not a bank charges case, but still small claims) and they were quite understanding.

many thanks to both of you :T - yes, I will call the court tomorrow and hope they will be fair about this!

i will definately post back and let you know how it goes - Im sure I cant be the only person this has happened to!!
