Having read the stickie together with this and other threads, I'm unsure about how and when to proceed.

Should I do nothing until I receive a Notice to Keeper?

That's right. You don't need to ask, it's in the sticky after all.

But it's not right to hijack a thread on a parking forum as each case differs a bit and we can't muddle up cases on one thread. If you really feel you need to, start a new thread but the advice in the sticky is already clear and we can't keep repeating what's already in the newbies thread.

Astonishing to see someone use a CEL appeal for ANPR Ltd and not even realise what 'send a rebuttal to POPLA' means when they are sitting at a computer where Google is their friend. It seems 'rebuttal' is too long a word for them because they've never heard anyone use it on TOWIE or down the pub.
