Buying a conservatory I'd go for three quotes, so why not for investments!

    Alan Steel asset management

    Hargreaves Lansdown Vantage service

and another IFA, possibly one on this board!

If it takes a man a week to walk to walk a fortnight how long does it take a fly with tackity boots on to walk through a barrel of treacle?

Any IFA can do it. Some will be cheaper than others. Some will be better than others. £350k needs an investment specialist IFA or discretionary invesmtent manager. It doesnt need a tied agent, salesforce employee or mortgage IFA.

Of course, I would say go for an NMA IFA as its generally the cheapest option and the NMA advisers tend to have better investment knowledge and experience over transactional IFAs (exceptions to the rule always apply). The FSA proposals on advisers has the top level adviser very much based on the NMA model.

FSA average charges/commission shows 1.8% on amount invested. Typical maximum is 3%. You could get that at 1% easily enough.
I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.
