Who's happy with their business phone / broadband provider

Hi

Am with BT for phone and broadband and have been happy with both for the most part as don't get problems very often.

However the costs are going up all the time but when looking at other providers see nothing but bad reviews so thought would ask for the other perspective

We use http://www.zen.co.uk/

We have been with them for years and have their phone service as well. This is a seamless switch from BT with no number change and is cheaper on both monthly rental ad other features.

There are cheaper broadband offers elsewhere but Zen win so many awards and have a very reliable service and great customer support so we don't feel comfortable risking our business by trying to penny pinch elsewhere.
