I'm a bit annoyed but don't know if I am over reacting

I've been busy at work all day.
I look at my phone. 2 missed calls, 2 text messages and 1 email from my letting agent, all about the same thing. (I'm the tenant, moving out next week).
First thing that's annoying is the amount of comms.
Secondly. They are contacting me because the new tenant wants a new carpet fitted and they want the carpet fitters to come in tomorrow afternoon to measure.
Why can't they just bloody wait til I've gone, it's only a week!!
The text says that if I do not respond, they assume that I am happy for them to go in tomorrow and they will let themselves in!!?? Surly I have to acknowledge in order for them to go in?!
There's been a couple of other things that have happened since handing in notice so I'm probably overreacting but it just feels like we don't matter now, it's all about the new tenant.
Thoughts?!

Ring them and tell them you don't agree?0

If you are not happy for them to come round, just text the LA and say no. I am assuming the LA don't have keys to get in?0

Your first complaint is not really their fault, as I assume that if you replied after the first call/text, you would not have had 3 subsequent points of contact.
Secondly, your point is moot, as you have now contacted them to say it isn't okay.
You sound like you are spoiling for a fight. By all means follow the advice you will get shortly, and have some "fun" last few days in the property.Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -

If you don't answer they will try other methods. Normal.Secondly. They are contacting me because the new tenant wants a new carpet fitted and they want the carpet fitters to come in tomorrow afternoon to measure.

They have to give you notice as described in the tenancy agreement, usually 24 hours and in writing. They don't have to wait for you to respond.0 -
