Meter help needed

You have obviously come up with a logical and sensible diagnosis of the problem. Now comes the hard part - convincing the supplier that they have made an error and the meter has not gone round again. Good luck0

All meters read by customers are classed as estimated readings, Only when a meter reads the meter is classed as a read reading.
It may well be that the husband has read it incorrectly himself.
Therein lies the problem, You have to convince the supplier of the error which wouldn't be too difficult, but getting the money back to a person who has now passed on, might prove more difficult.0 -
I never had a Customer reading marked as an Estimate by EDF. Old system reads were marked C, A, or E and new system marked as Our Read, Your Read or Estimated.0
